
Coaching is a customized one to one experience focused on your learning, growth and development. Together with your coach you will create goals aligned with your values and ambitions, work through what blocks you and set achievable actions towards achieving your goals. Coaching can have a positive impact on your performance, wellbeing and career. It is an effective development tool toward achieving success.
There are two types of coaching that you can choose from:
general coaching or career coaching.
General coaching topics are anything you believe will help enhance your performance, development and growth. For example: navigating life changes, time management, work life balance, communication, decision making and increasing overall performance.
Career coaching is focused on your career goals, navigating your career journey, career transitions and reviewing your CV/Resume.
Please note: a coach is not a mentor. They will not give you specific subject matter advice, or tell you what you should do. They may, however, share learning material and set tasks that help you reflect and adapt your behavior to meet your goals.

Once you start your coaching program with Mindscout Coaching, you will drive your own coaching journey. We will take you through a number of key stages:
• Coach Matching: You will be invited to share your coach expectations and preferences. Based on these, we will suggest coaches for you to consider.
• Self assessment: You will have the opportunity to identify your coaching goals, strengths and development areas.
• Preparation: You will then prepare for your first session by reflecting on your coaching goals and getting feedback from your manager and/or colleagues.
• Coaching: You will have access to digital coaching sessions over the duration of your program, carrying out exercises and tasks between sessions to make the most of the coaching program.
• Progress: You will have resources to support you in tracking your progress and reflecting on personal achievements.
